This human people settled around Mitmaar and built the great cities of Port Haven, Androbia, and Haladil long before Elves and Dwarves entered these lands. No one knows exactly when these humans first saw Mitmaar; tradition only says that the High Gods gave the region to them in the early ages.

The humans native to Mitmaar are somewhat taller and stockier than the agile people of the south and surpass even many Northerners in courage. At the same time, they combine strength with high Dexterity, so their movements remain graceful and fluid despite a powerful build. For this reason, Mitmaar Humans are regarded as excellent and dangerous fighters.

Their less pleasant side is their often pronounced impatience and aggression. They can be quick-tempered and sometimes try to solve problems with weapons and brute force that could have been resolved through presence, the right words, and careful action.

At times it seems that some are simply looking for a solid brawl and quick profit. Anyone hoping to recruit a Mitmaar Human for an expedition is therefore wise to promise both adventure and a worthwhile reward.

This philosophy of life also appears in their skills. Many understand forgery, trade, and appraisal as well as charming or seductive behaviour and remarkable audacity. They seem to know important people, black markets, and notable places in every city and are often well informed about new rumours.

Which religion a Mitmaar Human may choose is determined by the canonical species-class combination.
