Radelle are large, feathered, flightless birdlike creatures with powerful clawed legs. They prefer warm regions, although smaller groups can occasionally be found on the plains of Mitmaar. They are somewhat shorter than humans and usually have dark green or brown plumage. They eat both plants and animals, allowing them to adapt to many different habitats. Great caution is required when encountering these birds: they are extremely aggressive and can inflict deadly wounds with their beaks and claws. Despite the danger, hunters prize Radelle because their meat is used to prepare a delicacy traditionally served in the form of small balls.
